Set up a new project in minutes
A new deal appears and you want to start collecting documents, not puzzle over a setup screen. Setting one up is now a few clicks you handle yourself, no more choosing blindly between options or asking support. Bring in any Excel request list as it is, no template to refill. Workspaces uses AI to create a matching folder structure from it, and you're moving right when the deal starts, not the afternoon you finally find time for folders.
Redact a whole set in one sitting
Redaction is one of the most time-consuming tasks between a finished collection and an open Data Room, and it tends to land when buyers are already waiting. Now you select the whole set that needs redacting and work through it without reloading the tool for each file, then finalize in one go. You still handle each document, but with far less stop and start.
Decide what buyers see, and when
Documents often go into a Data Room before buyers should see them, and once something is disclosed too early, you can't take it back. Uploading and disclosing are now two separate steps. A document stays invisible to buyers until you publish it, so nothing reaches a buyer before you've decided it should. You stay on top of what buyers see, and when.
Ask the document, skip the scroll
Most of the time you need one clause, not the whole 60-page contract. The Document Assistant sits in the viewer, inside the secure environment you're already working in, so there's no downloading the file or pasting it into another tool. Ask a question and it answers from that document, with a link to the exact passage. You skip the full re-read, and you're not left waiting on someone to get back to you. Anyone reviewing documents can use it, on either side of the deal, in Workspaces and the Data Room.
Start from the answer you already gave
Late in a deal the same questions come back, across buyer groups, across rounds, worded a little differently each time. Virtual Vaults now spots when a new question matches one already answered and puts that answer in front of you as you write. It only suggests, so the final wording stays yours, and no need to repeat the same story.
